When I load the chatroom using Firefox 3.6.15 on Windows, it just hangs on "Please wait while we load the chatroom..."

It works on every other browser just fine, except the most important one Firefox.

Verified working on Firefox 4. Trying to figure out the issue with Firefox 3.

Weird, I can not reproduce the bug under Firefox 3. I saw it happen once yesterday, then that was it. Perhaps try clearing your browser cache?

Have you downloaded Firefox 3.6? On Windows? That's the version I'm using and that's the current stable version. Maybe it works on Firefox 4, I don't know yet. But that's not stable.

EDIT: Cleared the browser cache, still not working.

Firefox 3.6.x on OS X. As I said, I had it broken and then I refreshed the page, bug gone! Making it hard to diagnose.

Thanks for coming along and also confirming for me.

It doesn't work on Firefox 3.6.15 on Windows. Maybe it works on Mac, but not on Windows. I'm running Windows 7.

Tried on different computers, same result. One on Vista too, doesn't work.

Maybe Alexia you should run Firefox on Windows to see what the problem is?

EDIT: Oh and another thing just to "prove" it doesn't work on Firefox. Go to your chatroom now and you'll probably see me and Peter online there which is wrong.

Not at the moment. I have been testing it with a third party and we are still having trouble reproducing the issue reliably in a way I can gather data.

The chatroom works on Firefox 4 for Windows, I can confirm this. Chatserve loves all other browsers + Firefox 4, except Firefox 3.6. Obviously I don't know why. I guess I have to ask people to upgrade their Firefox to view the chatroom if you can't do anything about it.

The chatroom works on Firefox 4 for Windows, I can confirm this. Chatserve loves all other browsers + Firefox 4, except Firefox 3.6. Obviously I don't know why. I guess I have to ask people to upgrade their Firefox to view the chatroom if you can't do anything about it.

I am kind of tossing my hands up in frustration on this bug. When I can reproduce it, I can never see why it does not work. The calls to the server occur, the server responds, but it never completes the actions in Javascript on the browser side. I really want to say it is related to Firefox 3.6 and internet latency.
